the room was spacious and modern (it really impressed me). the bathroom had good water pressure, ensuring a nice shower. i appreciated the heated floor, a great touch. the wifi network was strong, i experienced no issues.

during my stay, i found that the breakfast service did not fully meet my expectations. staff showed little attention to detail when i was there. i had to ask for basic items multiple times. overall, the service felt rushed.

The room had an really good mattress that i appreciated. the bathroom was comfortable. I liked how it was designed. the tv was well-placed, and the breakfast area was amazing, so i had a tasty food. the rooftop also offered fantastic views.

I noticed some very slight wear on the furniture. It did not affect my stay much.

The room was spacious. The air conditioning cooled the room to a comfortable level. Irina and Karina provided amazing service at the rooftop pool. They found me a spot when all chairs were filled. The breakfast had a good selection of items.

I found some issues. The hotel charged a large sum without a clear reason, exceeding €1300. The staff offered apologies but did not resolve the situation immediately. The receptionists did not seem to grasp the severity of the problem, which ruined the end of the vacation (sadly).

last time i stayed here it was under a different brand , but now it is even better after rebranding. the one bed suite was very large with a corner aspect and urban views. the suite was fully soundproof from the street , even with a school opposite. it is a safe area with authentic and inexpensive restaurants nearby.

i found that the rooftop bar service was lacking , which detracted slightly from the overall experience. i waited longer than expected for service , and the staff seemed understaffed.
